# Add registry.k8s.io as an external registry

this is anonymous registry but it allows authentication with any un & password. To add it as an external registry we suggest using:

un: [replicated@yourdomain.com](mailto:replicated@yourdomain.com)  
pw: password

you should then be able to test an images like `ingress-nginx-controller:v1.12.3`
