I noticed that the [the KOTS release notes](https://kots.io/release-notes) lists supported versions of Kubernetes, as well as [separate release notes for adding support for specific Kubernetes version for embedded clusters](https://kots.io/release-notes/page/2/#1-11-0).

How often do kots and kurl update Kubernetes support? What Kubernetes versions will be supported for embedded clusters?
