@Vitaliy this sounds like a support request if so using the vendor portal Ref: [Replicated](https://vendor.replicated.com/support) will get you the fastest possible review of the issue. Please be sure to get a support bundle Ref: [kURL: How can I generate a support bundle when my Kubernetes cluster is down](https://community.replicated.com/t/kurl-how-can-i-generate-a-support-bundle-when-my-kubernetes-cluster-is-down/911)

If KOTS has been re-installed with no data, you can configure the application and re-deploy to have KOTS manage the resources again. However, there are caveats to that which is why a support case with bundle is probably best. I’m not clear if you’re using `v1beta1`, `v1beta2`, and if `useHelm` is true or false and all of that can impact how KOTS performs the deploy and what could happen if the application already exists.
