Question from today:

> I’ve shared a support bundle, on behalf of one of our customers. can someone let me know if I should also open a ticket, or is it suffice to have “shared” through the replicated vendor portal via the “Share with Replicated” button?

This will not in itself create a support case, to create a support case, please open a ticket as described in [Replicated Vendor Support Paths and Processes](https://community.replicated.com/t/replicated-vendor-support-paths-and-processes/850)
