If KOTS has been re-installed with no data, you can configure the application and re-deploy to have KOTS manage the resources again. However, there are caveats to that which is why a support case with bundle is probably best. I’m not clear if you’re using v1beta1, v1beta2, and if useHelm is true or false and all of that can impact how KOTS performs the deploy and what could happen if the application already exists.
