I need to create a Snapshots (KNIMe Business Hub uses Velero) but I have this message (haven’t seen it before).

Have you created a snapshot on this cluster before, or is this a new install? Existing cluster installs require you to install velero in the cluster before you can take a snapshot. More info here: Install the Velero CLI | Replicated Docs
To get help troubleshooting this, it is best to file a support issue at: https://support.replicated.com/, and include whether this is a KOTS existing cluster install or a kURL embedded cluster install with KOTS, and whether this is a new install, or an install where this previously worked and now doesn’t anymore.
