How do I set a default expiration policy for new customer licenses?

In the vendor portal, when you make a new license, the default expiration policy is does not expire. It’s easy to fill out the rest and ship the license.

Is there a way to make the default settable, perhaps per-application? Should this be an FR?


Hi Mitch – thanks for the good question. This is not possible today. If you head to Replicated - Vendor you should be able to submit a feature request on this.

Mitch, today it is possible for us to disable the “never expire” option on Trial licenses (and thereby making it the default option). We can turn that on for your account if you’d like (we can also set the maximum number of days that a trial license can be active for by limited the trial length).
