After changing properties on a license, how can a customer sync the license on an existing install in an airgapped environment?
- Download new RLI file from the Vendor Portal and place it on the airgapped server *
- Navigate to the View License (/license) page in Replicated UI and hit the “Sync License” button
* The location where the license file should be placed can be found on the Console Settings (/console/settings) page in the “License File” text box, which is on the host and will be the same as the original license location by default. This also corresponds to the LicenseFileLocation
param.
It should be pointed out that the new license file needs to be for the same customer as was originally installed - you can’t change the customer of an installation.
