How do I disconnect the registry settings in the KOTS dashboard

I’ve configured a pull registry in my KOTS instance using the KOTS dashboard - I’ve decided that I want to stop using it and go back to pulling all my images from the public container registries.

How do I go back?

When I remove all the settings in the dashboard and click “save changes”, it errors as the blank settings are invalid. Is there another way except junking the setup and starting again?

It currently is not possible to remove the configuration for a registry. This is definitely a feature gap, and we have an internal story (won’t be viewable to you) for this.
